Celebrate the outstanding contributions of community leaders at our Circle of Champions Luncheon. This year, we are proud to induct Tucker Fagan into our Circle of Champions. Tucker has been a pillar of the Cheyenne community, dedicating his time and expertise to numerous local initiatives.
Tucker?s impressive career includes 30 years in the United States Air Force, where he served as head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Nuclear Section under President Ronald Reagan1. After retiring from the military, Tucker continued to make significant impacts in Wyoming. He restructured the Wyoming Department of Commerce into the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources and served as CEO of the Wyoming Business Council for eight years.
Tucker?s community involvement extends to his roles with Cheyenne Frontier Days, where he has served on the General Committee, Board of Directors, and as President of the CFD Volunteer Crisis Fund. He was also inducted into the CFD Hall of Fame in 2013. Currently, Tucker is the Executive Director of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Foundation, working to preserve and promote the legacy of the West.
