What’s your approach to conflict? Do you enjoy the chance to work out a tough situation or do you wish that conflict never happened? Are you somewhere in between? Conflict is a part of our daily life but there are many ways that we can approach it in a healthy manner. We’ll talk about the different ways that people respond to conflicts and you’ll learn a few strategies to help you manage conflict in the workplace, in community organizations and more.
