Connecting Industry to Education presented by Wyoming Chamber of Commerce & Wyoming Department of Education

The Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce is proud to be leading this statewide effort to prepare Wyoming’s
students for the future of work. In partnership with the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Chamber of Commerce,
and College Board, we’re excited to introduce AP Business with Personal Finance: a groundbreaking new Advanced
Placement course launching nationwide in the 2026–27 school year.

To bring this initiative home, the Wyoming Chamber is hosting a series of events: Connecting Industry & Education:
A Statewide Roadshow. These events will bring together educators, business leaders, and community stakeholders
to discuss how we can better align education with Wyoming’s workforce needs and set students up for long-term success.

This initiative comes at a pivotal time, as employers nationwide continue to face a growing skills gap. By bridging the
divide between classroom learning and workforce expectations, Wyoming is helping students graduate not just career-ready,
but life-ready.
