Food Safety Fundamentals Class: In this class you will learn The Challenges of Food Safety, Developing a Food Safety System, The Flow of Food, and Maintaining Sanitary Facilities and Equipment. This class is for Restaurant Owners, Food Service Managers or Trainees, Retail or Institutional Food Handlers, and anyone interested in learning basic food safety principles for the prevention of food-borne illness.
