Pottery Glazing- Pizza Stone

Functional and beautiful, explore glazing your own pizza stone! In this class you glaze a 15in bisque stoneware pizza stone. You will be guided through the steps of layering glazes to create your own unique functional piece of art! This stoneware pizza stone will be microwave, dish-washer and oven safe. Display as beautiful wall art, then when you plan for oven use place in the cold oven and preheat your pizza stone with the oven to avoid thermal shock.
All materials, instructions, and tools to personalize your bowl will be provided.
We will then fire your piece and call you when they are ready to pick up, please allow approx. 2 weeks to pick up your finished piece.
