A few highlights for this class will be to understand the meaning of HABITUATION (Habits) as it relates to your weight loss and food stimuli. We will review the Thoughts - Feelings - Behavior triangle and discuss how they are all connected. We leave time to do mindfulness exercise and practice being in the present to promote your individual success as it relates to your weight loss program goals.
