Job Description
Burns Insurance is looking for a Motivated, Driven and Customer Service Oriented individual to be our first point-of-contact to our clients, customers and associates at our Cheyenne Branch.  This individual must have experience in (or be willing to learn) Customer Service, Handling and Directing high-volume phone and walk-in traffic, Being part of a “Team” Office Environment, Being able to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and timely, Being able to use Computers and Technology on a daily basis (Email, Scanning, Word, Excel, Phone system, etc…), Usual and Customary Office and Insurance related tasks and responsibilities, and be willing to become a Licensed Insurance Agent within the first 90 days of Employment.  This is a full-time position and Burns Insurance offers Competitive pay and benefits and has been in business since 1971 with 15 locations across the Mountain West region.  This is a great opportunity for the right individual to start a career in the Insurance Industry.  Burns Insurance is an Equal Opportunity Agency.  To get an application for this position please email jolies@burnsia.com or stop by at 237 Storey – Suite 200 in Cheyenne to pick one up.
