Communicate with project consultants, suppliers, crews, and homeowners regarding project scheduling and logistics.
Visit active job sites throughout the production process to perform quality control inspections and verify workmanship meets company standards.
Serve as the primary office representative in the field by supporting crews and resolving minor issues that arise during installation.
Verify materials delivered match the approved scope of work and identify shortages or discrepancies.
Coordinate or pick up additional materials from suppliers when needed to keep projects on schedule.
Document job progress with photos and communicate findings back to the production team.
Ensure projects remain clean, organized, and professionally represented throughout construction.
Apply for permits and coordinate required municipal inspections.
Monitor inspection schedules and confirm successful completion of all required inspections.
Verify all vendor invoices have been received and processed accurately.
Confirm projects have received final inspections and are ready for closeout.
Assist with project completion and closeout documentation.
Complete all post-production checklist items.

Experience in project coordination, construction, roofing, or production management preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working both in an office environment and on active construction sites.
Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
