Account Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Account Specialist for a local Cheyenne company. A successful candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, confident and flexible with an ability to multitask. This is a full time position.

Pay: $16.00/hr

Hours: Monday – Friday

            -8:00am – 5:00pm 

The ideal candidates will possess:

• Exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication, both oral and written
• Impressive telephone etiquette
• Ability to operate office equipment, such as fax machine, PC, copier, and phone system.

Responsibilities:

• Answering Telephones
• Imputing Data
• Assisting all inquiries from clients
• Collecting on accounts
