Property Maintenance Technician

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a full-time Property Maintenance Technician for a local Cheyenne client. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, and escalating them to the proper contractor if necessary, light janitorial and grounds keeping duties as needed. This position requires 40 hours a week, with an on-call rotating schedule.
 

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance opportunity has a “get-it-done” attitude, excellent written, and verbal communication skills, and can lift to 75lbs.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hr. DOE

Responsibilities and Requirements Include (but are not limited to):

• Painting
• Repairing sheetrock
• Basic plumbing
• General grounds keeping
• Ability to lift to 75lbs
• Customer service skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License; MVR required
