Your Role:

As a Case Manager, you will use your sales expertise to navigate patients through their healthcare journey, from initial consultation to the successful commitment to their treatment plans. This role is pivotal in improving our new patient process, helping patients understand the value of our services, and guiding them in making informed decisions about their healthcare options.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough new patient consultations and follow-ups, addressing concerns and gathering vital information.

Skillfully present comprehensive treatment plans and financial options, guiding patients to make informed decisions.

Engage in daily planning and reporting, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records and statistics.

Collaborate closely with our healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience, fostering a positive team culture and contributing to the clinic's success.

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in a sales role with high ticket items, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically and effectively with a diverse range of clients.

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry, with a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all patient interactions and documentation.
