Your Role:

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our success. Your mission? To proactively seek out and secure extended stay group bookings, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our room revenue targets. With your exceptional sales skills and industry insight, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and craft strategic sales plans that elevate our hotel's reputation.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales Dynamo: Reach out to new and existing accounts through phone calls, site inspections, and engaging written communication to surpass revenue goals.
  • Visionary Leader: Manage all aspects of our sales and marketing division, providing a strategic vision for maximum sales generation and revenue growth.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Prepare correspondence for customers and maintain internal booking reports to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Revenue Champion: Drive increased revenue and profit to help us achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention discussions, training, and other essential sales-related gatherings.
  • Networking Pro: Attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings to forge valuable relationships and enhance our market presence.
  • Market Guru: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: An undergraduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a management or leadership role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or food service. A solid background in hospitality sales (3-4 years) is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
