Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Gateway Construction, LLC is seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and to company standards while maintaining strong client, subcontractor and team relationships.
This is not a coordinator role — this position requires accountability, decision-making and leadership in both the office and the field.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets, schedules and forecasts
- Track costs vs. budget and own final financial performance
- Keep BuildPro fully updated (schedules, selections, change orders, documentation)
- Manage subcontractors, purchasing and material flow to maintain production pace
- Understand and enforce contract documents; resolve issues quickly and directly
- Coordinate with designers, engineers and building officials to keep projects moving
- Provide consistent on-site oversight and support field operations
- Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards
- Ensure submittals, inspections and documentation are completed on time
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors and internal team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing construction projects with field involvement
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and building science
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing control of details
- Comfortable with budgeting, cost tracking and basic project accounting
- Experience with construction software (BuildPro preferred, not required)
- Strong communicator who can hold subs and team members accountable
- Organized, reliable and solutions-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
