Construction Technician

Gateway Construction, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Technician to join our team in Cheyenne. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to expand your skills and grow into other roles within the construction industry.

The Construction Technician supports a variety of residential and light commercial construction projects through general labor, carpentry, repairs and site support. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, works well with others, and is eager to learn and advance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Site clean-up and job site organization
• Punch list and touch-up work
• Rough and finish carpentry assistance
• Minor repairs, maintenance and warranty work
• Maintaining a safe and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and/or light commercial construction preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Pre-employment screening required
• Drug-free workplace
