As former insurance adjusters, our owners, Jim Simpson and Cory Braesch have seen it all. They have personally worked on hundreds of roofing projects and witnessed the benefit of how working with a knowledgeable, honest contractor can restore the property & lives of those around them. They sought to create a positive change in the industry with their expertise and integrity. The result was the inception of Affordable Roofing.
