About Us

My services include targeted therapy for the chest and breast area, abdomen, and pelvic floor. Addressing the muscles beneath the breast can enhance respiratory function, alleviate symptoms of GERD, and facilitate greater mobility in the shoulders and neck. Treatment of the abdomen aids in the release of visceral adhesions, promotes digestion, and enhances bowel regularity. Additionally, pelvic floor therapy can relieve tension in the hip flexors and extensors, mitigate pelvic floor cramping and discomfort, and potentially improve bladder control.

I possess advanced training in High Risk Prenatal and High Risk Postpartum care.

I am passionate about introducing new services to the Cheyenne community and advocating for a natural and holistic approach to healthcare. I look forward to becoming a member of the Chamber and contributing to the promotion of the beneficial role of massage therapy within the medical field.
