BRYAN BRODELLE AARON WAS BORN AND RAISED IN LOUISIANA AND STARTED COOKING AT A YOUNG AGE UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF HIS MOTHER.
From there Bryan ran a professional BBQ business in Arlington, Texas. Bryan ran this business for 15 years, learning to perfect his recipe for Southern style cuisine, from BBQ, seafood boils, smoked meats and desserts.In 1995 a career opportunity moved Bryan to Colorado, where he was able to continue his catering business for another 10 years before moving farther north into Wyoming, establishing his present day location.
Bryan learned as he moved north, people’s taste in food differs greatly from the south. Not to be discouraged with this, Bryan has melded his Cajun roots with the beef country of Wyoming for an original flavor for all types of pallets.
Bryan has 35 years of experience from parties, weddings, events & picnics, ranging from 50 people to 600 people. It is with this experience he has learned that talking to people, and getting a feel for what they like, does more than any menu will.
Bryan welcomes questions and ideas from potential customers to provide them exactly what they want and encourages tastings before making a decision.
