CASA of Laramie County

About Us

Program to recruit, train and develop community volunteers to step into courtrooms on behalf of abused and neglected children. One of 950 programs across America. Every child in our court system deserves a CASA volunteer advocate to remind them it's not where they came from that matters, but where they are going, CASA can help them succeed. Our advocates are the heart of our program. CASA of Laramie County has 54 active volunteer advocates, with 97 families and 145 children being served. CASA is a non profit organization who receives monies from United Way of Laramie County and Federal Funding from the Division of Victim Services. All monies donated to CASA to Laramie County goes directly to recruit, train and support community volunteer advocates to become the ''voice'' for the child in the court system.
