About Us

The Dinneen Building at 400 west 16th Street in downtown Cheyenne was built as an automobile dealership facility in 1927. The building is about 27,000 square feet (14,500 sq. ft. ground floor and 12,500 sq. ft. 2nd floor). The enlarged and repurposed Dinneen Building development broke ground in March 2011. The new two-story 16,000 sq. ft. addition (8,000 sq. ft. per floor) constructed on the west side of the existing building brings the total size of the completed project to 43,000 sq. ft. There is also 9,000 sq. ft. basement storage space.
