About Us

Essential Living Support, LLC is a Veteran-owned Wyoming DD Waiver and Home and Community-Based Services provider in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through structured, person-centered services that promote dignity, safety, routine, independence, and meaningful community participation. Services include Community Living Services, Community Support Services, Personal Care Services, Companion Services, Adult Day Services, Homemaker Services, Respite Care, Life Skills Development, Specialized Support Services, and transportation-related support when authorized in the participant's plan. Essential Living Support also supports eligible Veterans through the VA Medical Foster Home program in coordination with VA care teams.
