About Us

HF Sinclair is principally an independent petroleum refiner that produces high-value light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, specialty lubricant products and specialty and modified asphalt.

In 2018, we launched an initiative to refine our values through our One HFC Culture. We started by talking with employees across the organization to better understand what inspires them about our culture and to capture the elements they value most. With their input, we simplified our model and developed a renewed focus on four key elements that have always reflected our values and shaped our behaviors: safety, integrity, teamwork and ownership.
