Mighty Ducts is locally owned and operated by Steve and Jo Underwood. Together, they opened the company over 22 years ago and have been proudly serving the community and surrounding areas since. It is their mission to provide quality services to help customers enjoy better quality indoor air as well as reduced heating and cooling costs. A clean system runs better and lasts longer.

Mighty Ducts is a member of the National Air Duct Cleaner's Association and holds to a strict standard for continuing education and follows efficient and effective cleaning protocols. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, 25 to 40 percent of the energy used for heating or cooling a home is wasted. Contaminants in the heating and cooling system cause it to work harder and shorten the life of your system. Although filters are used, the heating and cooling system still gets dirty through normal use. When an HVAC system is clean, it doesn’t have to work as hard to maintain the temperature you desire. As a result, less energy is used, leading to improved cost-effectiveness.

The heating and cooling system is the lungs of the home or building. Through normal occupation in a home or building, we generate a great deal of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated 5 to 7 times per day, on average. Over time, this re-circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the ductwork. When done correctly, HVAC cleaning is a very beneficial service for your home or business.
