Sierra Health + Wellness is a leading provider of comprehensive behavioral health services, dedicated to empowering individuals and families on their journey towards healing and wellness. We offer transportation and are located in Reno, NV, and Northern California: Chico, Monterey, Concord, Roseville, Bangor, Orangevale, and Carmichael, CA. With a compassionate and holistic approach, we offer a range of evidence-based treatments for mental health, substance abuse disorders, and primary mental health treatment on all levels of care from detox to residential treatment to and transitional living programs, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client we have an Adolescent program and our Wellness for Warriors program here at Sierra Health + Wellness which is devoted to serving our Active-Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders.
