SW-WRAP is a 501(c)3 non-profit which utilizes a ?no wrong door? approach to assist persons in need, and promotes a community based, collaborative, coordinated continuum of care and access to community resources for the aging, adults living with disabilities and veteran families.
Major programs provided by SW-WRAP include the Veterans Administration's ''Supportive Services to Veteran Families'' (SSVF) and the Wyoming Aging & Disability Resource Center (WyADRC).
SW-WRAP's main office is located in Green River, Wyoming with additional offices in Cheyenne, Casper, Sheridan, Riverton & Buffalo. New offices are planned in Cody & Gillette as well as Scottsbluff and North Platte, Nebraska.
