AFP Wyoming Is Seeking Local Business Partners to Highlight Benefits of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act Before It Sunsets

Cheyenne, WY — 4/17/2025 – Americans for Prosperity – Wyoming (AFP-WY) is inviting local businesses to partner for an upcoming public awareness campaign surrounding the 2025 sunsetting of the federal Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).

We're looking to team up with Wyoming-based businesses that have seen growth, savings, or expansion thanks to the TCJA. If your business has experienced positive changes since the TCJA was enacted in 2017, we want to help you tell your story.

As part of this grassroots initiative, AFP-WY will host events at participating local businesses to raise awareness about how the potential expiration of the TCJA could negatively affect both small businesses and everyday Wyomingites. During these events, we’d like to offer giveaways like gift cards, coffee, other small items, or discounts to thank customers and encourage community engagement.

This is about putting a local face to national policy. We want to highlight the real impact the TCJA has had right here in our state, and make sure the community understands what’s at stake if it sunsets without renewal.

Interested business owners can contact Sarah Rust directly at SRust@afphq.org or 307-426-0883 to learn more and schedule a partnership event.

Let’s work together to protect the progress we’ve made and ensure a thriving future for Wyoming businesses and families.
