Communication Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Communications Specialist for a local Cheyenne company. This position does require open and flexible availability. Some nights, weekends and holidays are required since this is a 24 hour business. 

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr DOE

Schedule: Varies

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Processing payments
• Assist in Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Processing lien sale paperwork and titles
• Filing, inventory and other clerical duties

 Experience:

• Microsoft Office Suite-preferred
• Ability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• 2-year business degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Must be able to type 40 wpm correctly and talk on the phone simultaneously
