What You’ll Do

• Make an impact in the field: meet with decision-makers, make outbound calls, and secure 7–10 discovery appointments each week.
• Drive new client acquisition: help secure 1–2 new clients weekly through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Build a strong digital presence: engage daily on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and more; create content; run ad campaigns; and chase leads.
• Grow our reputation: request Google reviews, showcase client success stories, and amplify our brand online.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies, events, and campaigns to keep Express top of mind.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications—or equivalent experience
• Proven success in sales, digital marketing, or social selling (B2B/B2C)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CRM tools
• Strong communicator who enjoys being out in the field as much as working behind a desk
