Client Services Associate

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Client Services Associate for a growing wealth management company here is Cheyenne. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in customer service and 2 years experience in finance, banking, or insurance. SIE Certification and Series 65 Certification will be require, but you are able to work towards those once hired. If you are looking for a career in the fast paced world of finance this might be the right position for you.

PAY: $18.00-$25.00/HR DOE

SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:00AM-3:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clients with excellent customer service
• Input data and edit Excel sheets for large client base
• Send professional emails 
• Maintain filing system both physical and online
• Participate in ongoing industry training

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2 years customer service
• 2 years financial, banking, or insurance
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
• Background and credit check is required
