Maintenance Technician

Express Employment is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for preparing vacant units and getting them ready for the next occupant, landscaping, snow removal, and other activities required to effectively maintain designated properties.

Pay:18.00/hr.

Minimum of 2 years of general construction and maintenance work. General knowledge of all areas in building trades; painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, ground maintenance, and equipment servicing. Power and hand tool knowledge; and mechanical aptitude required to perform tasks.

*Current Wyoming Driver’s license and MVR required.*

Must be available for scheduled on-call duty and to respond to emergency maintenance calls on a rotating basis.
