Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team!

Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Purpose:
Support our mission to help individuals of all ages and abilities remain safely in their homes by managing client enrollment, annual reassessments, and service coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine client eligibility and match services to individual needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Conduct wellness calls and in-person assessments
- Coordinate shelf-stable meal distribution
- Assist with client communications and outreach
Qualifications:
- High school diploma + 5 years relevant experience (required)
- Degree in Social Work or Gerontology (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
