We are a community of healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, ranging from Seniors, Professionals, Athletes, Powerlifters, Weightlifters, Strengthlifters and just plain normal folks who have discovered the transformative power of Strength Training and proper Nutrition. We know that strength helps us maintain a healthy metabolism, increases our stamina, improves flexibility and allows us to lead a more active and healthy life and we know that nutrition plays a large role in our ability to get strong, stay strong, lose weight, maintain a normal weight and vastly improve our health.
We focus on simple, challenging and effective training using barbells and loaded human movement coupled with behavioral changes that allow our diet to compliment our training, provide weight loss if needed and building a better and healthier life. Our workout’s consist of the main four lifts: Squats, Overhead Presses, Deadlifts and Bench Presses along with just enough assistance and supplemental lifts to continue to drive progress and we follow Simple, Challenging and Effective principles for programming that drive fast, safe and lasting change. We follow the same principles for nutrition and make small and focused changes (one at a time) that eventually lead to significant results. The best part is that you will never have to go on a diet again.
